Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the iPhone game Dam It: Beaver Defense ("Dam It", "the game") handles information. Dam It is made by One Man Band Media DC LLC ("we", "us").

Information we collect

None. Dam It does not collect, store, transmit, share or sell any personal information. We cannot see who plays the game, how they play it or what they buy.

• No analytics, ads or tracking. The game contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking code, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. It does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites.
• No network calls. The game itself makes no internet connections. It has no web views and no accounts or sign-in.
• No permissions. Dam It does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or motion data. The hinge angle of iPhone Duo, which the game uses for the fold and tilt effects, is read from the system without any permission and never leaves the device.

Your progress stays on your device

Your campaign progress, settings, costumes and similar game data are saved only on your iPhone, in the app's own local storage. They are not uploaded to us or to iCloud. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, Dam It reports your achievements and your Total Stars leaderboard score to Apple's Game Center under your own Game Center account. That information goes to Apple, not to us; we run no server and receive nothing. Apple's handling of Game Center data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. Game Center is optional, and the game plays fully without it. You can manage it in Settings › Game Center.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We never see your name, Apple Account, payment details or purchase history. The game checks which items you own on the device, using Apple's own records, so it can unlock them.

Children

Dam It is suitable for younger players, and it collects no data from anyone, including children. There are no ads, no chat, no user-generated content and no links out of the game that would collect information.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. To remove all game data, delete the app from your device. Game Center and App Store data are managed by Apple through your Apple Account.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a future version of Dam It ever collected data, we would update this policy and the App Store privacy label before releasing that version.
