The Dam It crew, a crowd of beavers in hard hats, goggles and bandanas with a frog, an owl, an axolotl and a goat, gathered on the riverbank under a big stick lodge and the Dam It sign.

Dam It: Beaver Defense

Build the dam. Beat the Baron.

The river is in trouble

Sticks stop debris. Mud stops water. Rope holds it together.

The Baron and his gang have taken over the river, and only one beaver crew stands in their way. Dam It is a tower-defense game where the wall is the game: you build your dam piece by piece while raiders, river animals and the Baron's junk come crashing down the lanes.

How it plays

Fetch, build, defend

Fetch

Tap the sticks, mud and rope floating down the current, and your Fetchers swim out to grab them.

Build

Hardhat hauls them from the pile and builds each lane in stages: a stick frame, then mud, then rope to bind it.

Defend

Post acorn throwers, pinecone lobbers, a woodpecker, a lumberjack and more on the dam and the banks. Hold every lane through the storm and fill the pond to win.

Five worlds upriver

Follow the Baron to the source

Each world takes away one comfort and hands you new friends to win it back. Each one ends with the Baron himself on a ridiculous machine, throwing his junk at your dam.

A crew with a story

Meet the beavers holding the line

Every character introduces themselves the first time you meet them, in their own words. Meet Dash and Dot, Hardhat, Acorn, Pinecone Pete, Pearl and a river full of friends, and find out what the Baron is really after.

Then dress up the whole crew with costume packs, from family tartans to black tie. Costumes are looks only, never power.

Made for iPhone Duo

The river flows across the fold

  • The far stretch of river is on the lid, your dam is on the base.
  • Tilt the lid and the river shifts in parallax.
  • Close the phone to swim your beavers upstream to the next world.

Dam It is built for the folding iPhone Duo and played across the hinge, in laptop or flat posture. And waiting at the top of every world: the Baron and his gang.
